Series.round(decimals=0) Series[source]#

Round each value in a Series to the given number of decimals.

Examples:

>>> import bigframes.pandas as bpd
>>> s = bpd.Series([0.1, 1.3, 2.7])
>>> s.round()
0    0.0
1    1.0
2    3.0
dtype: Float64
>>> s = bpd.Series([0.123, 1.345, 2.789])
>>> s.round(decimals=2)
0    0.12
1    1.34
2    2.79
dtype: Float64
Parameters:

decimals (int, default 0) – Number of decimal places to round to. If decimals is negative, it specifies the number of positions to the left of the decimal point.

Returns:

Rounded values of the Series.
